As one of our earliest full-time team members, you’ll be a trusted extension of the founders. Your work will directly influence how our clients go to market, articulate their value, and get results. By helping us deliver more refined marketing outputs - content plans, lead nurture sequences, campaign briefs, you’ll free the founders to focus on strategic growth, enabling us to serve more clients with the same level of excellence.
• Market & Customer Insight: Research and refine clients’ Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and pinpoint their buying groups, needs, and triggers. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Content Strategy & Creation: Plan content calendars across LinkedIn, blogs, and industry reports. Craft impactful LinkedIn articles, blog posts, nurture emails, and landing page copy that resonate with our clients’ target audiences. You’ll blend your writing style with GenAI tools to accelerate ideation and improve quality—without losing the human touch.
• Campaign Execution: Develop compelling campaign briefs, from awareness to conversion stages. Create ad copy that captures attention and drives desired actions (e.g., demos, webinars, content downloads).
• Cross-Channel Marketing: Prepare marketing nurture emails, produce persuasive collateral for sales enablement (decks, one-pagers), and support website content updates. Maintain a cohesive brand voice across channels.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with our internal leads, designers, and paid media specialists. Ensure everyone’s aligned, deadlines are met, and deliverables are on point.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage data and feedback loops to optimize content performance, messaging, and campaigns. Stay curious about industry trends, buying behaviors, and new AI-driven marketing approaches.
• Strategic Marketer at Heart: You understand that timeless marketing principles endure—even as channels, tools, and technologies evolve. You know how to structure a narrative that captivates the right audience and drives action.
• Adaptive & Curious: You embrace new marketing technologies and are an enthusiastic early adopter of GenAI. You see AI not as a gimmick but as a powerful force multiplier for creativity and efficiency.
• Proactive Communicator: You know how to distill ideas into clear, accessible messaging. You can collaborate effectively across time zones with a mix of stakeholders, employees and contractors.
• Organized & Driven: You excel at switching between multiple priorities, workshops, content production, and campaign rollouts—without losing sight of deadlines or quality.
• Data-Informed: You’re comfortable reviewing basic marketing metrics (open rates, engagement levels, lead quality) and using insights to guide improvements.
• Growth Mindset: Feedback fuels you. You continually refine your craft and seek out best practices to raise the bar for our clients and our agency.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record in B2B environments, preferably working with tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-business, Psychology, Philology or relevant fields.
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing tactics, plus an understanding of marketing funnels.
• HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool experience is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling copy, from thought leadership articles to concise ad copies.
